Of French origin, this type of casserole was originally intended for cooking and serving dishes made from local game and fowl.
Another great find are these blue and white flower bowls that I picked up at the Goodwill.
Only $2.00 for all four!
And last but not least is this gold studded box that I picked up at the Goodwill as well.
Only $2.38!

Wow on the Williams Sonoma Casserole dish! I love thrifting! With my 8-5 job its hard to find time to go since that is usually the time they are open! You always find such awesome stuff! Hope I can work it into my schedule without taking up a whole lunch break or a Saturday! Until then I will live vicariously through you! Love your blog!
