American of Martinsville Dresser

This piece has been floating around our garage all summer and we finally finished it!

Not sure what is going on with the black paint??? 

We had to reattach the veneer in some locations due to it being stored in a garage and exposed to humidity.

We also had to plane the drawer tops and bottoms due to swelling, also associated with outside storage.

We gave it a good sanding.

And gave the hardware a fresh coat of paint.

And painted it blue.

I snapped this picture with my phone after we dropped it off at our booth.

It is a beautiful piece!
